LucidLink Architects provides a full Architectural service focusing on modern architecture for residential and commercial buildings, delivering architecture that is responsive and sustainable within its environment. LucidLink Architects is an architectural practice based in Lanseria, Johannesburg and Hoedspruit. We offer a full architectural service, from stage 1-6 (see under services) with key focus on sustainable design.
The practice is dedicated to applying energy efficient building solutions (SANS 10400 & SANS 204) and “green" building principles to adapt a building to its natural energy efficiency potential and environment.
The mission of Lucid Link is to advance the art of architecture. We carry out our mission by promoting excellence and innovation, and by fostering creative and intellectual work in architecture, urbanism, and related disciplines.

We work with the the party who contracted our services only, this may be the agent, the seller, buyer or investor. We do not share the findings of the report with any 3rd party without written authorisation from the client. We understand the need to provide the report within a prescribed time frame, generally we can commission a report within 48 hours of engagement.
